Our return and exchange process operates under specific conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused. For instance, once connected to your machine, items are no longer eligible for return. If any signs of usage are evident, as determined at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The item must be in its original condition. Photos illustrating the condition of the items will be required.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, which will be deducted from any refund due.

We are unable to entertain any requests for refunds or exchanges beyond the aforementioned 7-day period, under any circumstances.

If your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive email instructions for shipping the items back to us.

You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs and related expenses.

Ensure that items are securely packaged for return shipment, and you assume sole liability for any loss or damage during transit. Consider obtaining insurance for the returned items while in transit.
